Sergiy GUSAROV is a known man in Ukraine, a deputy of Ukraine of the V and VI convocations, and on top of that - during the four cadences he has been a deputy of Kharkiv regional council. He worked his way from a common soldier to the police general-colonel, from an inspector to the first Deputy of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to the Chief of the General headquarters, he had repeatedly performed duties of the minister; today he is a rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and a bit earlier – of the Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Sergiy Mykolayovych is a Doctor of Law, a member of the National Law Academy of Ukraine, author and co-author of 15 bills, and also scientific adviser to the candidates for science degree.
He was honored with the highest awards of the President of Ukraine – “Orders of Merit” of the III and II degrees, certificate of appreciation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, certificate of appreciation of the Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine, all the highest awards of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Sense of purpose, endurance, balance, ability to analyze a situation quickly and make the right decisions, to see important in any case and to achieve goals successfully by positively organizing work made him the person of the state level.
