Prodigality in Yuzhne manner, or Why is people’s money spent so ineffectively?

Young 25 thousand citizen city Yuzhne is legally considered a pearl of coast of Odesa region. Yet recently it was considered to be one of the best equipped with modern amenities cities of region. Not by chance that last year, according to the regional program of socio-economic development of Odesa Region State Administration “Folk budget”, UAH 4 million was allocated to Yuzhne. As city officials reported then, most money was spent on a new collector, reconstruction of the sea-front, warm houses and beautiful streets... As they say, life has become better.
