Legal principles of the financial provision of pharmaceutical services in Ukraine

Negative dynamics of the state of health of the population results in the real growth of requirements in medical and pharmaceutical services which cannot be met by the national health care system. The structure of financial receipts violates the fundamental principles of organization of the modern health care, solidarity and justice systems.
