Legal principles of humanitarian activity of international organizations

In the context of modernization of the Ukrainian society, inevitable constituent of which is dynamic and rational development of the democratic legal system in accordance with the approved international-legal criteria and standards, the role and significance of legal science grow outstandingly. In particular, with regard to ground the legitimacy of principles, methods and means of securing the foreign-policy activity of the country, its basic subjects in the international arena, in unbiased and impartial research of processes of state and law formation, legal aspects and segments of socio-economic transformations [7, p. 10].
