Many-flowered Crimea of the nation

Appearing of the terms "national relations" and "national question" is a consequence of the necessity to mark certain relationships between people and communities of different levels. We remember this terminology when relationships generate conflicts between partners, when the conflict that requires a mutually acceptable solution goes on the arena. National relations – is an important factor of the normal existence of each nation and any state.
