Main direction of development of the Ukrainian society under the conditions of modernization: attempt to make political analysis

As an independent state Ukraine entered the third decade. A past period is characterized by both positive and negative processes. Will Ukraine develop in the nearest years by high-quality modernization changes and introduction of innovative technologies as the integrity, where good life will be possible not only for the group of “chosen” but also for “ordinary” citizens?
