Models of organization of a language space in Europe: contractive aspect

The world experience of the language issues settlement and organization of a language space, if to talk about it both in diachrony and in synchrony, is rich and diverse. The most various examples can be found in it. It is almost impossible to find two fully alike language situations. Every state and every national language space have these or other features, and disclose bigger or smaller specificity and uniqueness.
