Justice as a fundamental principle of right in a practical plane

Sometimes justice appears to be something ephemeral and declarative, which is used, first and foremost, for strengthening of the impression, excitation of imagination and adding meaningfulness to a certain event. Politicians often take justice in vain, which sometimes bends out its real significance and true essence. The principle of justice, however, occupies a primary place in the legislation, and not only in the scientific works and philosophical treatises. The law draws justice near the reality, it does not, though, define it exactly, keeping this question open for the interpretation of law theorists.
