Leri Svanidze: “It’s fantastic to believe in success”

Local self-government rooted in the historical past of the humanity at all times remained the criterion for the democratization of the society.
Presently it is one of major forms of self-organization of population. What is needed for that each of us felt the necessity of own participation for the changes to the best – in the village, city, country?
We addressed these and other questions to Leri SVANIDZE, chairman of Koreiza village council. Koreiza is an urban type village located in Yalta region of the South coast of Crimea.
