The permit to the helm of the continental security system received, directions defined

The decision on the chairmanship of Ukraine in this structure during 2013, which was unanimously adopted by the Council of Ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in November 2010, defined Kyiv as the main actor in the strengthening of the regional security and stability and also highlighted the ability of Ukrainian diplomacy to lead the negotiation process on security improving in the area of its responsibility stretching from Vancouver to Vladivostok.
