Peculiar features of one region

What can the region state administration do today when there are budgetary barriers, when it seems not to have plenary powers to interfere to the production sphere which becomes more and more privatized? I had a lot of questions similar to this one and asked Anatoliy IVASHKEVYCH, the head of Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi region sate administration, (in the picture) to answer them.

The villagers are satisfied with the repaired roads, lighted streets, well equipped bus stops, and shops with the wide range of necessary goods. Though, we have enough problems: low salaries, little amount of the working places, poor infrastructure…
