How to raise funds

Last year in Rivne region the positive changes were felt by the societies even in the remotest villages: the issues concerning street illumination were considerably settled in the rural settlements, 725 roads with the total length 330 kilometers of the communal property were repaired, 35 nursery schools were opened, almost all schools were connected to the Internet network, constant municipal improvement of the settlements is being conducted.

We would like to notice that under the conditions when the process of local budgets formation is centralized, and, consequently, mainly the settlement councils do not manage to form their own full-fledged estimation and to meet the requirements of the territorial societies, especially in the maintenance of the social sphere. What is the secret of success then, where do they manage to find resources for the settlement of urgent problems?
