Historical and legal research of corruption actions at the state authorities and in the society

Corruption characterizes basic social processes which take place in the state and society, the most acute problems for the state and society find their reflection in it. Inefficiency of state authority and economy, imperfection of the most important state and public institutes manifest themselves in corruption. In the countries, where corruption gets considerable distribution and substantially influences on social and economic processes, it gradually grows from a social anomaly (pathologies) into a rule and becomes a usual method of settling vital problems, norm of state authorities functioning and way of life of considerable part of the members of the society.
