Problems of management of human resources involved in the prosecution and investigative activity

The purpose of this scientific work is to research the problem of improvement of human resources in the prosecution authorities of Ukraine due to the internal optimization of management of human resources involved in the prosecution and investigative activity. The study of experience of selection and preparation of the managers for the organs of prosecution authorities of Ukraine specifies on the contradiction in the settlement of this problem, its weak adjustment to the requirements of modern practice, lacks of the methodical, organizational, legal and human resources provision. Separate aspects of administrative activity of prosecution authorities are not developed and generalized in one system.
