Petro TSYBENKO: “The main problem is not in the laws, but in their performers”

Without regard to numerous privileges and guarantees from the side of the state, the many million-dollar army of veterans and disabled people needs introduction of mechanism of the enforcement of right for free of charge legal help. It is said in bill № 10023 (on amending some laws of Ukraine in relation to the social defense of separate categories of citizens). One of coauthors of this document is a folk deputy of Ukraine Petro Tsybenko – chairman of the Council of the Organization of veterans of Ukraine, First Vice-chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on the matters of pensioners, veterans and disabled people.
