Lighthouse which prompts the direction of self-government development

Among the advisory, deliberative and other secondary bodies, which have been created and are operating in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the significant role has been played by the Advisory Council on Local Self-Government. It both occupies confidently a niche in the “parliament - local councils” communication and truly gets the peculiar features and traits of a constantly operating advisory-deliberative body attached to the Head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
