Patriotism of legislators is not only a category of morality

Analyzing the current situation in the field of the land relations, everybody understands today: we need fundamental changes. In fact, we often observe a predatory attitude toward land: it is sucked dry and nothing is invested in its renewal. We have a great number of facts when the land, according to certain schedules, was simply given by one owner to another, or its purpose is changed; it happens often with the territories close to the cities.
