Informational support of cognitive processes in the criminal proceeding of Ukraine

Prominent lawyer M. Strohovych rightly pointed out that the truth which is the subject of efforts of the court is available for its knowledge. The court may and should establish the circumstances of the case according to objective reality, not the probability and proximity to the truth, but the truth itself should be the result of a court case [12, p. 205]. Factors of epistemological order are in the basis of cognitive processes of judge, one of which is the level of informational support of jurisdiction.
