Election marathon “in Russian”. Game with zero-sum does not exist

Summarizing the results of presidential elections in Russia, which took place on March 4, 2012, the Mission of observers from the CIS has announced that voting was consistent with Russian legislation, it was transparent and competitive. Meanwhile, the OSCE and PACE observation mission noted that the election of the president of Russia was unfair and its results – are predictable, because not all the candidates were provided equal conditions.
