Dangerous game in a high diplomacy

Analysis of the conclusions of the Second Report of the European Commission and the European External Action Service on progress, which makes Moldova in implementing the Action Plan on visa liberalization of
February 9, 2012, clearly shows that compared with the achievements of our country in the same area Kishinev is increasingly moving towards the EU and that is not the most important, its desire is mutually recognized. At that time when in January 2012 Ukraine had actually implemented only about 80-85% of legislative work that was necessary for the abolition of EU visa regime for Ukrainian citizens, Moldova relied on confirmation of I (legislative) phase of the document this year and successful transition to the implementation of its II (the Implementation) phase.
