Political regime of “ruled democracy” in Russia: modern challenges to transformation

Intensive discussion about complex modernization of the Russian state (“modernization breach”), which has developed lately, prevails in the political agenda.
Modernization it not a simple set of “political slogans” but a real challenge issued for the states nowadays. It’s true that under the conditions of strengthening of global competition, numerous “coloured” and Arabic revolutions, growth of public dissatisfaction inside the country the political elite of Russia gets signals for making a democratic transformation of the political mode of the “ruled democracy”.
