Peculiar features of the usage of special knowledge at the start-up stage of investigation of law on plants protection violation

One of reasons for low efficiency of investigation of law on plants protection violation is that workers of investigation and operative divisions are not still ready for effective investigation and detection of crimes.

The problem of investigation of such violations at the start-up stage is predefined above all by the necessity to use special knowledge, facilities and methods of collection and research of tracks which appear in the result a crime commitment. Theoretical and practical bases for the use of special knowledge during investigation of this type of crimes have not been developed enough yet. The analysis of the proper criminalistic literature testifies it.
