Image as a component of the law enforcement success: the formulation of the problem

At the present stage of state building, in our view, fundamentally new approaches are necessary in understanding of the moral foundations of staff of the internal affairs of Ukraine service. This is due to process of reconsideration within the structure of MIA and beyond the role of law enforcement and each employee in the social processes and changes. The only fact of care of a state structure to improve its own image - both public and corporate is a sign of political culture of this structure, its maturity and self-sufficiency. Specialists of “public relations” system consider the concept of the organization image primarily in terms of how it is treated by people in social and psychological dimension.
