Constitutionalism: lessons, challenges, warranties

All the countries of a new democracy have chosen the way of introducing of model constitutions without the necessary and sufficient preparation of the public organism for so called implantation. This is caused to accelerated deformation of fundamental constitutional values and principles in social practice and deepening of confidence crisis in the society.
