Viktor Yanukovych: “I’m convinced every person understands very well that in order to change life for better the move forward and changes are needed”

Ukraine completes anything but simple 2011 year with a number of positive decisions, and next year our state will continue its move in line with the reforms. Such conclusion became a key thesis of the final press-conference conducted by the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych on the 21st of December 2011.
