Central European Initiative is for us!

Having received the status of a full-fledged member of the Central European Initiative (CEI) on May, 31, 1996, Ukraine will preside at this international organization in 2012 for the first time.
Ukraine, together with two other participants of the so-called three – future (Hungary) and previous (Serbia) presiding states – has to carry out the CEI mission: to develop regional collaboration in order to push the European integration forward, that is to perform de facto as a bridge between macro-regions of the continent – the Baltic, the Danube, the Adriatic and the Black Sea.
