To leave the fence safe!

The Ukrainian market of land has experienced substantial changes lately. Without regard to the claim of realtors and other specialists who deal with the purchase and sale of lands plots about a permanent price for land or even about its slow growth, without regard to the “scientific” prognoses about considerable growth of the price for land plots in the near future because of legislative changes which declare transformation of land to a commodity, it becomes easier to purchase land plots in Ukraine due to the real decrease of the prices for land.
