Caught between the need to overcome the severe financial-economic crisis, which particularly affects some European countries, and strategy of expanding borders and deepening of integration, the European Union has to combine advocacy of democracy, fundamental rights and freedoms, rules of law with the increase of economic performance and promotion of relations within the major programs of cooperation. Accordingly, there is the next stage of economic and "Ukrainian" Policy of the EU, which is of current importance for today.
