Management and political view of Kyivan Rus according to the civilized estimation

Historical sources of Ukrainian social and political idea is closely connected with the processes of education, becoming and development of Kyivan Rus which during IX-XIII centuries embodied one of the brightest political phenomena of that time European world, started state and political traditions of the Ukrainian people.
