Scientific provision of jurisdiction activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (reflections of not indifferent person)

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine as a unique organ of constitutional jurisdiction (article 147 of the Constitution of Ukraine) carries out important control, human rights, interpretation and other functions and plenary powers. For almost fifteen years of practical activity the Constitutional Court has formed dozens of legal doctrines and hundreds of legal positions that concern basic legal spheres of life of the state, society and person.
