Legal problems of execution of right on power by people

Article 1 of the Constitution of Ukraine declares Ukraine a democratic country.

From the view of theory everything seems to be clear. Democracy is a political organization of government of people when the following is provided:

– equal part of all and everybody in the government of state and social matters;

– electivity of main state organs and legitimacy in the functioning of all subjects of political system of the society;

– rights and freedoms of a person and minority according to the international standards.

That is to say, democracy is a form (variety) of a state.  

Democracy of state character has the following peculiar features.
