Constitutional mechanism of enforcement of economic rights and freedoms of a person and citizen in Ukraine

Constitutional mechanism of enforcement of protection of economic rights and freedoms of a person and citizen in Ukraine is provided by the system of state authorities. In accordance with part two of article 3 of the Constitution the rights and freedom of a person and their guarantees determine the content and trend of state activity [5]. For this reason the issue about the work of mechanism of enforcement of economic rights and freedoms of a person and citizen should be considered steadily from the system of state authorities which are entrusted to protect the mentioned rights.
