Doctrine of sate sovereignty: legal and political views

The questions about national sovereignty in political and legal life arise quite often*. It requires permanent attention of specialists to the doctrine of comprehension of the noted concept. In Ukraine due to such authors as O. Skakun, Y. Todyka, V. Shapoval, V. Kampo, M. Slidenko etc., the scientific doctrine of national sovereignty has been formed. Let’s appeal once again to the genealogy of origin and development of this doctrine and set its connection with the modern problems of realization of national sovereignty in Ukraine.
