Formation of Efficiency of Social Transformations’ Strategy

It happened so that for the years of independence we have not defined the strategic direction of social policy which has not to be focused only on the state protection of low-income population strata, like it is done now by the power in force. The strategy of social transformations is a considerably wider concept. It differs from current policy by its long-term orientation, system coordination, selection of the priority beginnings, dominant lines, and subordination with the other segments of social development.
