Modern Democratization Processes in the Countries of Arabian East*

Lately new researches of the ideal political system have resulted in the appearance of plenty of various models of democracy. In this context we can mark the works written by I. Lane who, alluding to Held’s researches, counts up to ten “special models of democracy”.
