Let’s Build from the Regions!

Today the unity of contradictions at the level of self-governing public has confirmed two events that occurred in late May. We mean Kharkiv conference on inter-municipal cooperation and scientific and practical conference “Reform of Local Self-Government: National and International Experience” in Vinnytsya. The Ukrainian Association of district and regional councils was involved in conducting of them.
