Way Aligns the Rights and Brings Life Lessons

Statistics shows that today in the world every 6 seconds an automobile accident in which someone dies or suffers serious injuries is recorded. Taken into account this extremely critical situation, the UN General Assembly decided to declare 2011-2020 the Decade of measures of road safety. We asked the head of the Public Board of independent experts from the Department of the State Automobile Inspection of Ukraine Oleksandr Fomenko to share his opinion.
