...Don’t be Surprised if Village Legitimacy Appears

After the Law of Ukraine on the judiciary and the status of judges had come into force, the judicial system of Ukraine has become similar to the palm without the thumb. Palm with four fingers can be tightened but without the thumb it is impossible to clench it into a fist.
The weakness of such system is obvious: every specialized court dispenses its justice, provides its interpretation of the law, its enforcement, its assessment of the actual circumstances, its comprehension of law, so don’t be surprised if in the near future in Ukraine Kyiv, Lviv, Donetsk, Crimea and a village legitimacy will appear.
