“From the Education for the Whole Life to the Education during the Whole Life”

The meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Interparliamentary Assembly of State Members of the Commonwealth of Independent States on Science and Education took place in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.r

The Permanent Commission of the IPA of CIS on Science and Education was founded on the initiative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 1999 with the purpose of more effective usage of intellectual potential of the State Members of CIS and harmonization of national legislations of the states of the Commonwealth in the sphere of science and education.r

During its existence the Commission has prepared 25 model legislative documents which have been adopted by the Assembly and now form the basis of the model legislation for education, science and innovative activity.
