International Experience of Covering of the Criminal and Civil Law Proceeding

The Western countries pay much attention to settle the problems of public coverage of legal procedures: both criminal and civil. Firstly, it can be seen from international and legal documents and recommendations on the basis of which State Members, in theory, provide the development of transparency of justice. In accordance with its regulation, the special Committee of Ministers of the European Council, formed in Europe, deals with the issues connected with the looking for, creating and realization of norms, rules and standards, has to improve the collaboration between the mass media and judicial authorities of different states.
