Legal Forms and Principles of Charity Activity as the Sources of Financial Provision of Social and Cultural Spheres in Ukraine

The development of Ukraine, as a social and democratic legal state, its aspirations to worthily enter to the international legal field and to create the society which will be based on the principles of social justice, require the application of all necessary measures. Above all things, these measures involve organization and legal activity which will provide realization and appropriate protection of people’s rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution and documents of the international law.
