Our organizations are to realize control functions involving the observance of the Constitution, the activity of law enforcement authorities and power structures, which should be the small ones.

The councils have to be formed according to the peculiarities of Ukraine. Ukraine is a unitary state that has autonomy. If we say that the society has to unite up to 2 000 people, then let’s consider different factors.
