Once per five years every state official is to take the course of advanced studies. This March the time came for the chairmen of district and regional councils, and all of them gathered for studying in the Institute of the Management Development of the National Academy of State Administration under the auspices of the President of Ukraine.

“The educational program is elaborated pursuant to the data received from the exit-poll, which has been conducted before. Therefore, among the lecture themes there are only ones of current importance: pension reform, land relations, social innovations, financial law, state regional policy, culture of business communication”, Valentyna GOSHOVSKA, the director of the Institute of the Management Development, doctor of political sciences, professor, honoured worker of education, the national deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of several convocations says.
