Libya and Winged Democracy

The social and economic revolutions that took place in Egypt and Tunisia in early 2011 rapidly moved to other Arab states which population is not too happy with their “passive” material and social situation formed under the patronage of the ruling regimes. Perhaps, the rulers of these states had to leave the political Olympus long ago in order not to tighten finally the “social loop” on the neck of the nations. And this concerns the majority of Arabic political players. However, Libya is a unique one in this row.
