Classification of Structural Fictions as a Separate Type of Legal Fiction

Structural fictions as a product of abstract thought perceived by a legal doctrine and formally fixed are non-uniform and, having common characteristics, have certain peculiarities. The latter are determined by the specificity of public relations during organization of which imaginary legal constructions are used and by the features of legal regulation itself.
