Current Problems of Criminalist Method of Investigation of Crimes Connected with the Violation of Legislation on Plants Defence

Theoretical and practical aspects of forming and development of criminalist method of investigation of crimes connected with the violation of legislation on plants defence are presented in the article; it is suggested to form new and to improve present methods of investigation of such crimes.
