Constitutionalism - a guide to school of democracy

Ukrainian state, which for a long period of time has been cut off from civilization progress, implementation of fundamental human values, seeks to gradually but not consistently to integrate into the international legal system of human rights protection. A large role in this large-scale process is legal science in general science and constitutional law of Ukraine in particular. Their influence on the comprehensive reform of political and legal relationship was actualized in 2010 to celebrate the 60 th anniversary of the adoption of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the 15 th anniversary of its ratification by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
