Volyn is Becoming Rich with Knowledge

Presently the Volyn National University named after Lesya Ukrainka is a powerful educational establishment. Its history began in 1940 when the Lutsk State Teaching Institute was founded with 135 students and 50 teachers. The establishment renewed its activity interrupted by the Second World War in 1946. Now 5 institutes and 13 departments are functioning in the structure of the university.
