State Act on Land – through a “Single Window”

From January, 1, 2011 two decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which considerably simplify the procedure of registration of state acts on the right of ownership on land lots have come into effect. These are decisions № 1021 “On approval of orders of conduct of the Land book and Book of records about state registration of state acts on the right of ownership on a land lot and on the right of the permanent use of land lot, land rent agreements” and № 749 “On approval of the Temporal order of appropriation of cadastre number to a land lot”.
