Ukraine wouldn’t be complete without this youth, green, colourful and always smiling small town near the sea. These days the youngest city of Odessa region – Yuzhne – has celebrated its 32nd birthday. Among the respected guests of holiday there was the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn.
